Zenaida Martinez Crespo, 60, of Perth Amboy entered into eternal rest on Thursday, August 23, 2012, at the Roosevelt Care Center in Old Bridge. She was born in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico and has resided in Hopelawn for the past 39 years.

Zenaida was employed at G&W Labs in South Plainfield for 22 years. She was a communicant of La Asuncion RC Church in Perth Amboy.

Zenaida was predeceased by her parents, Ramon and Monserrate Irizarry Martinez. She is survived by her husband, Ramon; her step-daughter, Janeyra Tomassini of Port Reading; two step-grandchildren: Fernando and Christina; nine siblings: Jimmy, Daniel, Pedro, Serafin, Enrique, Brunilda, Awilda, Eminilda, and Milagros; her special goddaughter, Claribel Quiles; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 27, 2012, at 8:30 am from the FLYNN AND SON FUNERAL HOME, 424 East Avenue, Perth Amboy, followed by a 9:00 am Funeral Liturgy at La Asuncion RC Church. Interment will be in Alpine Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday, August 26, from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm.
