Zaida A. Arocho, 73, of Fords, passed away on May 7, 2015, at her home. She was born on June 6, 1941, in Lares, Puerto Rico. She was a homemaker. Zaida enjoyed gardening, sewing, working on home improvements, playing word find and traveling.
She is survived by her husband Julio Arocho, of Fords; daughter, Marta Arocho, of South River; two sons, Julio Arocho, of New Egypt and Carlos Arocho, of Fords; four grandchildren, Briana; Riley; J.D. and Claudia Arocho; sister, Zinnia Velez and brother Lenier Velez, both of Puerto Rico.
A Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2015, from 1-3pm at the funeral home. A service will be held at 3 pm.
