William G Trobliger, Jr, 81, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2025 at Community Hospital in Toms River.

Born in Rahway, he was the son of the late Helen and William G Trobliger, Sr. In October, 1967 Bill entered the US Army, serving during the Vietnam War. After he returned to the area after his military service, he began working at JCP&L and then Ford Motor Company in Edison where he worked as an electrician until he retired. Shortly after, he worked part-time delivering tires.

Bill is survived by his three children: Laura Nagy and her husband Peter, Robert Trobliger and his wife Judy, and Tom Trobliger. He also has five grandchildren: Petey Nagy, Marissa Nagy, Isabella Trobliger, TJ Trobliger, and Benjamin Trobliger.

When he wasn't working,  he enjoyed fishing and boating as well as tending to his garden. He was a member of the VFW.

Friends may call on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 from 4:00pm – 8:00pm at the Flynn and Son/Mitruska Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords where funeral services will also take place on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 10:00am.  Cremation will take place privately following the funeral.
