William J. Page 84, of Woodbridge entered into eternal rest, Thursday August 6, 2015 at his home. He was born in Newark, and has resided in the Edison and Woodbridge area for the past 30 years.

William was a Quality Control Inspector at MAC Products in Kearny for 10 years before retiring in 1995.

He served his country in the Air Force during the Korean War as a weatherman in Tulle, Greenland.

William was a devoted and loving family man who enjoyed doing odd jobs around the house with his grandson, and taking the family dog, Rusty, for walks. He always liked a good card game and was an avid Yankee fan.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife Ruth Marie Arkis Page in 2011, and his siblings John, Richard, Michael, and Frank Page. William is survived by his caring daughter and son-in-law Lauren and Anthony Salomone of Woodbridge, his cherished grandson Craig and his siblings Florence Centanni of Fords; and Robert Page of Forked River and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday August 13, 2015 at 10 am at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home 23 Ford Avenue, Fords followed by a 10:30 am Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace R C Church in Fords. Interment will be in Brig. General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday 2 pm to 4 and 7 pm to 9 pm. In lieu of flowers contributions are requested to ASPCA or any animal shelter.
