William J. Mallas' Obituary
William J. Mallas, 78, of Monroe Township, died on June 19, 2010, at Centra State Medical Center in Freehold.
Born in Perth Amboy on September 15, 1931, Mr. Mallas has resided in Monroe Township for the past 11 years. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a retired Electrical Technician from Bristol Myers Squibb in New Brunswick.
Mr. Mallas was predeceased by his late sister, Dorothy, in 2006. Surviving family members include his brother, Peter, of Perth Amboy and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday, June 29, 2010, at 11 am from FLYNN AND SON FUNERAL HOME, 424 East Avenue, Perth Amboy, NJ, followed by an 11:30 am Service of Divine Liturgy at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, Perth Amboy. Interment will follow at Clover Leaf Memorial Park, Woodbridge. Visitation will be on Monday, June 28, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, with Trisigon service at 7:30 pm.
