Walter Maciorowski of Rotonda West, FL, entered into eternal rest on May 18, 2011.
Walter was born in Goniadz, Poland to William and Josephine Maciorowski. Walter resided in Clark until moving to Rotonda West, FL, 20 years ago. As a teenager, he lived in Germany and England, serving in the English military after WWII. He worked for Engelhard Corp. in Carteret for 27 years as a Precision Tool and Dye Maker. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a true friend who always had a smile for all who were lucky enough to know him. He had a great love for his family and walking on the beach with his best friend, his wife. He cherished and enjoyed his time with his grandchildren.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 44 years, Cecelia Maciorowski; his son Richard and his wife Kristajane; and his grandchildren, Richard and Jaclyn.
Funeral Services will begin on Tuesday, May 24, 2011, at 9:45 a.m. from the Flynn & Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords. A Funeral Liturgy will follow at 10:30 a.m. from St. James Catholic Church, Woodbridge. Entombment will take place in St. Gertrude Cemetery Mausoleum. Friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Monday, May 23, 2011, from 5-9pm.
