Obituary

Vincent D. Russell, 78, of Avenel died on June 29, 2010 at his home. Born November 17, 1931, in Perth Amboy, NJ, he resided in Avenel for most of his life.

40 years ago, Vincent founded R&D Circuits in Edison. He also produced A Tale of Two Cities on Broadway. He was a Marine who served in the Korean War. He was the past Exhaulted Rule of B.O.P. Elks # 1914 in Metuchen.

Surviving family members include his wife of 56 years, Nancy (Hameirer); a son, James and his wife, Kathy, of Whitehouse Station; 3 daughters: Michele Corodemus and her husband, Steven, of Atlantic Highlands, Susan Sinofsky and her husband, Steve, of Basking Ridge; and Barbara Sharpe and her husband, Ron, of South Brunswick; 11 grandchildren; a sister, Adele Magnolia of Mountainside; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be at 10 am on Saturday, July 3, 2010, with Rev. Chris Sadlo officiating from FLYNN AND SON/KOYEN FUNERAL HOME, 319 Amboy Avenue, Metuchen, NJ. Interment to follow at Somerset Hills Memorial Park, Basking Ridge, NJ. Visitation will be on Friday, July 2, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.
