Obituary of Vilma E. Innamorati


Vilma E. Innamorati, 94, of Colonia, passed away Saturday, July 9, 2016 at her home. Mrs. Innamorati was born in Perth Amboy to the late William and Esther (Toth) Ellis and had previously lived in Perth Amboy before moving to Colonia sixty-two years ago.

Vilma was employed as a manager at the Picatinny Arsenal in Dover for twenty-seven years before retiring in 1978.

She was a member of Hungarian Reformed Church in Perth Amboy.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband John J. Innamorati in 1998, her son Jack in 2011, two brothers Bill and Steve Ellis and also her sister Esther Kelly.

She is survived by her loving son Joseph Innamorati and wife Barbara of Westport, CT and her two grandchildren Daniel and Lara.

Graveside services will be held Monday 1 pm at the Calvary Cemetery on Florida Grove Road in Hopelawn. Arrangements are under the direction of the Mitruska Funeral Home, 531 New Brunswick Ave. in Fords.
