Victor Stankowitz, 86, of Edison, passed away rather suddenly, with his family at his side on Sunday, June 5, 2016 at the Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy.
Born in Perth Amboy he had resided in Edison for the last 57 years.
He served in the US Army after WWII.
He retired 25 years ago, after over 51 years with E.I. Du Pont of Parlin as a Store Room Clerk.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, Jeanette (Zupko) Stankowitz, and his two sons, Victor R. at home and Warren K. of North Brunswick and his brother, Andrew Stankowitz and his wife Wanda of South Plainfield.
Visitation will be on Friday, June 10, 2016 from time 4 pm to 7 pm , at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ 08863.
Funeral services will begin on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. from the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, followed by a 10 a.m. Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace Church, Fords, interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Piscataway.
