Vicenta "Pakita" (Martinez) Ortiz, 78, of Perth Amboy, passed peacefully at home on Thursday, September 13, 2018.
Born in Manati, Puerto Rico, she has resided in Perth Amboy for the last 50 years.
She was a former member of Mt. Carmel Church in Perth Amboy.
She leaves behind, her beloved husband, Walter Ortiz, her three sons; Wilfredo and Angel Perales of Perth Amboy and Jaime Perales of South Plainfield, her 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, her siblings ; Carmen, Antonio, Gladis, Ramon and Juana Martinez, all of Puerto Rico.
Visitation will be on Monday, September 17, 2018 from 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm from the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 424 East Ave. Perth Amboy, NJ 08861. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at 10 am at the funeral home. Interment, will follow in Alpine Cemetery.
