Veronica "Ronnie" Suswal, 88, died at the St. Joseph's Home on May 24, 2012. She was born in Hluboko, Czechoslovakia, July 9, 1923. She worked for Ronson in Woodbridge. Veronica was a communicant of Holy Spirit Church in Perth Amboy. She was a member of the choir for 40 years and a Rosarian for the last 30 years.

Veronica was predeceased by her late husband, Deacon Carl Suswal, to whom she was married for 64 years; and her late sisters, Betty Devorak, Dorothy Panko, and Mary Hegedus.

She is survived by two sisters, Regina Bartus of Linden, and Ann Yacik and her husband George of Rahway; two sisters-in-law, Helen DeZura of Mays Landing and Helen Suswal of Acworth, GA.; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 29, 2012, from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ 08863. Funeral services will begin Wednesday at 9:30 am at the funeral home followed by a 10:00 am Funeral Liturgy at Holy Spirit Church. Interment will follow in St. Gertrude's Cemetery in Colonia.
