Veronica A. "Ronnie" Babincak, 66, of Edison, passed peacefully, surrounded with the love of her family, at the JFK Medical Center in Edison on Friday, February 6, 2015.

Born in Bayonne, NJ, Ronnie had resided in Edison the last 44 years.

Veronica leaves behind her beloved husband, of 47 years, John W. Babincak, her two loving daughters, Juliette Babincak at home and her fiancé, Otto Craig Rossmeyer and Nicole Berman and her husband Orin, of Manhattan, and her cherished granddaughter, Ella Berman.

Private funeral services were held on Monday, February 9, 2015 at the Flynn and son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ 08863.

Interment is in the Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle NJ Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown, NJ
