Ubaldina Formeza, 86, of Perth Amboy, passed away on May 3, 2018 at JFK medical Center, Edison.
She was born in Havana, Cuba and had resided in Perth Amboy since 1975.
Ubaldina was a secretary for 23 years with Noville Essential Oil in North Bergen, retiring in 1996.
She was predeceased by her husband, Teudis, in 2013.
Surviving are her sons, Ted and David of Perth Amboy; her brothers, Jaime and Benjamin Ares; her sister, Delfina Castro, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday, May 7, 2018, from 7-9 PM and Tuesday, 8-9:30 AM, at Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 424 East Ave., Perth Amboy.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 9:30AM with a 10 AM Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Fatima Church. Interment to follow at Alpine Cemetery.
