Trinidad Lourdes Plasencia, 79, of Edison, died peacefully at home on Saturday, November 12, 2016, surrounded by her loving family.  Born in Cuba, she lived in Edison for 35 years and was formerly of Perth Amboy. She and her husband owned and operated George's Jewelry in Perth Amboy for 30 years until her retirement. She was a member of Calvary Chapel of Perth Amboy.

Surviving are her husband of 57 years ,Jorge L. Plasencia; daughters, Vivian Hansen and husband, William, of Forked River and Lilian Schell of Missoula, MT; son, Jorge L., Jr., of Edison; grandchildren: William IV, Lauren, Michael, Stephanie and Christopher; great-grandchildren: Lukas, Summer and Max.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday November 15, 2016, from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm at Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ.   Funeral Services will begin on Wednesday at 10:00am at the funeral home with Pastor Gene Espinosa officiating.  Entombment will follow at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens.
