Tina C. Jakubowski Guancione 91, of Metuchen, entered into eternal rest, Monday November 4, 2013 at Jersey City Medical Center. She was born in Newark and was formerly of Edison moving to Metuchen 10 years ago.

Tina worked in the Billing and Payroll Department at J F K Medical Center in Edison for 10 years before retiring.

She was a member of the Edison Senior Social Club, the Metuchen Seniors, and the St. Francis Rosary Society.

Tina was predeceased by her husbands Joseph Jakubowski in 1975 and Frank Guancione in 1989, and her son Mark Guancione in 2000. She is survived by her daughters JoAnn Williams and her husband Tom of Somerset, Tina Marie Jasina and her husband James of Edison, Debbie Guancione of Neshanic, Dee Hornecker of Parrish, FL, and Jodi Guancione, grandchildren Kim, T J, Celyne, Jaimie, Dana, and Jessie, great grandchildren Makaylah, Aarion, and Mazora, her brother Salvatore Denaro and his wife Marilyn, and sister-in-Law Genevieve Obszarny.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday November 9, 2013 at 9:30 am at the Flynn and Son/ Koyen Funeral Home 319 Amboy Metuchen, followed by a 10 am funeral liturgy at St. Helena's R C Church. Entombment will be in St. Gertrude Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation is Friday 2-4 and 7-9 pm.
