Thomas M. Walczak 53 of Middlesex entered into eternal rest Wednesday July 22, 2015 at his home. He was born in Perth Amboy and has resided in Middlesex County for the past 18 years.

Tom worked at CVS for the past 15 years and also at Shop Rite for the past 20 years.

He was a member of the Delta Support Team for more than 30 years and the family thanks them for all the loving care they have provided over the years. He was also very active in the Delta Social Club and a huge Wrestle Mania Fan.

Tom was predeceased by his sister Nancy MacPherson in 1992. He is survived by his siblings Mary Lou Pruneau of Edison, Marcia Neumann of Mt. Laurel, Patricia Sperone of Ledgewood, Janet Hughes of Goshen, NY, Teresa Garrymore of Hoboken, L. Richard Walczak of Liberty, MO, Michael Walczak of Orlando, FL, and Matthew Walczak of River Vale. He is also survived by 25 nieces and nephews, and 27 great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday July 27, 2015 at 10 am at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home 23 Ford Avenue, Fords followed by a 10:30 am funeral liturgy at Our Lady of Peace R C Church. Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday from 2 pm to 6 pm.
