Obituary

Thomas Tully Faggioni, 80, of Sundance, Wyoming, formally of Metuchen, NJ died Thursday November 27th. Son of the late Thomas and Lena (Massagli) Faggioni, he was predeceased by his beloved wife Johann "Jodie" (Krebs) and his son Lester Joseph.
Surviving are his son Thomas A. and Liza Hom of Woodbridge, his son Richard R. and wife Jamie of Metuchen and his grandsons Thomas T. and Joseph F.

Born in Perth Amboy NJ in 1934, he grew up in Metuchen, and relocated to Sundance, WY, in 1993 to follow his dreams. He loved people and the wide open spaces which Wyoming had to offer. He was an avid outdoorsman. He loved to hunt and fish and spent much of his time target and trap shooting. He was part of the Orange Crush trap team of Spearfish, SD.
An Army veteran, he was a member of IBEW local 367, Easton, PA and employed by IBEW Local 456, New Brunswick, NJ for over 25 years when he retired in 1989.
Tom was always involved when it came to kids. Whether is was Little League baseball, Pop Warner football, boy scouts or electrical apprentices, he always worked well with kids. Most recently, he was called the candy man at his parish, St. Paul's Catholic Church in Sundance, Wy, where he was an active parishioner and man of great faith.
Visiting hours will be Sunday, November 30, 2014, 2-4pm and 7-9pm at Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial celebration Monday, December 1, 2014, at 10:15am at St. Francis of Assisi Cathedral, 528 Main Street, Metuchen, NJ. Cremation will follow. Friends may call up to 9:30am Monday at the funeral home where a procession will form to the Cathedral.
In lieu of flowers, any donations would be greatly appreciated to be made in his memory, to St. Paul's Catholic Church, PO Box 28, Sundance, WY  82729 yo assist them in the current ongoing process of building a new church.
