Teudis Noel Formeza 80, of Perth Amboy, entered into eternal rest, Thursday March 7, 2013, at JFK Medical Center in Edison. He was born in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and has resided in Perth Amboy for the past 50 years.

Teudis was a millwright at U S Metals in Carteret for 25 years.

He is predeceased by his siblings Bigail, Asdrubal, and Nidia. Teudis is survived by his wife Ubaldina Ares Formeza, his sons David R. and Ted Alex Formeza both of Perth Amboy, and his sisters Caridad Velis and Nelsa Tamayo both of Florida.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday March 12, 2013 at 9:30 am at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home 424 East Avenue, Perth Amboy followed by a 10 am funeral liturgy at St. Mary's R C Church. Interment will follow in Alpine Cemetery. Visitation is Monday March 11, 2013, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.
