Tema Margolin passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on Monday, February 12, 2024.

Born and raised in New Jersey, she was the daughter of Jacob and Hilda Bernstein Yeskel. Always with a smile and contagious laugh, Tema was a one of a kind woman.  She and Izzy would never turn down an opportunity to go down to Atlantic City. She loved shopping and antiquing! She was always on the hunt of bargains at the flea market to fill an empty spot on the wall or cabinet.  Above all she loved her family and friends. She took such joy in entertaining them.

Tema was preceded in death by her husband Isadore and her siblings: Seymour Yeskel, Yetti Mermelstein, Selma Eig, and Evelyn Schwartz.  She is survived by her son Todd Margolin; daughter Beth Larsen; five grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 16, 2024 at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords,  from 3:00pm until 6:00pm.  A memorial service will be offered at 3:30pm. The family will observe Shiva at the home of Todd Margolin, 63 Monica Court, Avenel, on Sunday, February 18, 2024 from 1:00pm - 4:00pm.
