Stella Davis, 94,of Adams Tower Senior Citizens Home in Woodbridge died at Raritan Bay Medical Center on Friday
April 12, 2013.
Stella was born November 14,1918, in Perth Amboy and lived in Woodbridge for 15 years. She was formerly of Perth Amboy. Stella was a homemaker and life-long member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Perth Amboy where she belonged to the Mothers
Guild.
She was predeceased by her husband, William Davis; daughter, Carole Slowik; and sons, Robert, William, Martin, and Thomas Davis. Surviving are sons, Gilbert Davis and John Davis; daughters, Joan Desmond, Linda Woznica, and Kathleen Lugo. Also surviving are 26 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will begin on Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at 9:00AM from Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords,
NJ, followed by Burial Service with Eucharist at St. Peter's Episcopal Church at 9:30AM. Interment will be in St. Gertrude Cemetery. Visiting hours are on Tuesday, April 16, 2013, from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 PM at the funeral home.
