Stanley Peter Schultz, 91, of Fords, passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at JFK Medical Center, Edison. Born in Harrison, NJ, Stanley had lived in Fords for 63 years. He was a Tractor Trailer Driver for the Teamsters Union for 43 years, belonging to Local Teamster Union #560, Union City and Local Teamster Union #641, Jersey City. Stanley served his country proudly as a member of the US Navy during WWII, and was a member of the American Legion T. Nulty Post #471, Iselin. He was also a communicant of Our Lady of Peace Church, Fords.
Stanley was predeceased by a sister and two brothers.
Stanley was survived by his wife, of 66 years, Frances M. Schultz; his children, Stanley Schultz and his wife Rhonda, Connie DiGregorio and her husband Dominick, Steven Schultz and his wife Donna and Thomas Schultz and his wife Karen; seven grandchildren, Stanley Brian, Megan Ashely, Jessica, Jennifer, Shawn, Tamara and Tanya; and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at 10 AM from Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords followed by a 10:30 AM Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace Church, Fords. Entombment will be in Holy Cross Burial Park, East Brunswick. Visitation will be held on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
