Shuk C. Choy 89, of Highland Park, entered into eternal rest Saturday May 11, 2013 at St. Peter's Medical Center in New Brunswick. She was born in Canton, China and has resided in Highland Park for the past 40 years.

Shuk is survived by her husband James Y.K. Choy, her children George P. Choy of Highland Park, Betty M. Young of N. Las Vegas, NV, Barbara M. Choy of NYC, Agnes Wong of Piscataway, and Therese Choy of Ormond Beach, FL, her grandchildren Gerri Barnes, and Jamie and Kevin Wong, and great grandchildren Reagan and Noah Barnes.

Visitation will be held on Saturday May 18, 2013 from 10am to 11:30 am at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, followed by a procession to Rosehill Cemetery in Linden for burial.
