Shirley M. Wolfe, of Edison, passed away Saturday, May 3, 2025. Shirley was predeceased by her parents, Ernest and Mildred (Mosher) Booth, sisters, Gretchen Piaseczny, Effie O'Neill, and Faith Booth, her husband, Andrew P. Wolfe, sons Barry (Linda) and John Wolfe, and granddaughter Nadine Orosz.  Shirley is survived by her daughter, Susan (Joseph) Orosz, and son, Michael Wolfe, grandchildren Lorraine and Colt (Twyla) Orosz, and Jake and George Wolfe, Siblings Duane Booth and Dennis (Colleen) Booth. Several nieces and nephews.

Shirley was born on June 2, 1933, at the Mosher Homestead in Easton, NY. She graduated from Greenwich Central Schools and went on to Putnam School of Nursing in Vermont.  She worked for 25 years as a nurse.  Shirley was a devout Christian, enjoyed attending functions at church and spreading the word of God's salvation.  Shirley enjoyed keeping up with current fashion, clowning around, and spending time with her family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 10, 2025 from 12:00pm until time of services at 1:00pm at the Flynn and Son/Mitruska Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords.  Cremation will take place privately following the funeral service.
