Salvatore E. Giaimo, 62 of Freehold, passed away on June 8, 2018, surrounded by his family at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.   He was born in S'Agata, Sicily, Italy and had resided in Freehold since 1991.  Salvatore was a salesman for Musco Food Products in Maspeth, NY and also was a self-employed hair stylist.

He was predeceased by his father, Salvatore. Surviving is his mother, Lena (Valore); his wife of 32 years, Antoinette (Mazzara); his son, Salvatore; his daughter, Lena; brothers, Nino and Angelo; sisters: Mariann Tornabene, Paola Giaimo, Antonella D'Alessandro and many nephews and nieces.

Viewing will be on Sunday, June 10, 2018, from 4-8 PM at Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords. A funeral service will be 10 AM on Monday followed a funeral liturgy at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Peace Church, Fords. Entombment will follow at Marlboro Memorial Cemetery, Morganville.
