Salvatore J. Arcieri 87 of Rochelle Park entered into eternal rest April 5, 2017 at NJ Veterans Home in Menlo Park.  He was born in NYC, and had resided in Rochelle Park for 39 years.

Salvatore was an accountant for the City of New York for 11 years before retiring in 1977.

He served in the Army during the Korean War and was a life member of the American Legion in Rochelle ParkSal was predeceased by his wife Gertrude Schlissel Arcieri in 1993.  He is survived by his sisters Lucille Ricca of W. Palm Beach, FL and Josephine Gorman of Colonia, his nieces and nephews Patricia Orlando of Brooklyn, Eileen Guadagino of W. Palm Beach, Brian Gorman of Princeton, and Dennis Gorman of Fords, and many great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 9:30 am at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home 23 Ford Avenue Fords followed by a 10 am Funeral Liturgy at St. Cecelia's R C Church.  Entombment will be in Madonna Cemetery Mausoleum, in Fort Lee.  Visitation is Sunday from 2-4 pm.
