Ruth Taylor, 82, of Hopelawn, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018 at the Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy. Mrs. Taylor was born in Ogdensburg NJ, to the late Michael and Susan Margartan Kuzmjak and had lived the last forty nine years all in Hopelawn.

She was employed as a records clerk with the Woodbridge Township Police Department for seventeen years before retiring in 2001. She was a avid bowler.

Ruth was predeceased by her husband Floyd in 2016 and four sisters, Helen, Mary, Dorothy and Anna.

She is survived by two sons, William Taylor and his wife Heike of Morbach Germany, Steven Taylor of Hopelawn, her daughter, Arlene Garofalo and her husband Thomas of Hopelawn, a brother John Kuzmjak of England, four grandchildren, David and his wife Melissa, Kimberly, Mandy and Melissa and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday 10:00 am at the Mitruska Funeral Home, Inc., 531 New Brunswick Ave., Fords. Interment will follow in the Cloverleaf Memorial Park Cemetery in Woodbridge. Visitation hours will be held Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
