Russell O'Reilly, 78, of Perth Amboy, passed away at Amboy Care Center on September 10, 2019.  He was born in Perth Amboy on November 22, 1940.  Russell graduated Perth Amboy High School Class of 1959. He served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. He worked for the Board of Elections and was a member of the Perth Amboy Board of Education. Russell was a fan of the NY Giants and the NY Yankees.

Russell was predeceased by his sister, Rita Shuvy.

He is survived by his wife, Jacquelyn O'Reilly, of Perth Amboy; a son, Kevin O'Reilly and his wife, Kotcakorn, of North Carolina; two daughters, Christine O'Reilly, of South Amboy and Coleen O'Reilly, of North Carolina; and a granddaughter, Miranda Marte, of North Carolina.

Memorial visitation will be at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ 08863 on Thursday, September 12, 2019, 5-8 pm. Cremation will be private.
