Rufina Gonzalez, 60, of Somerset, NJ, passed peacefully at her home with the love of her family at her side, on Thursday, October 26, 2023.

She was born in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico on August 9, 1963.

She is predeceased by her parents, Tomas Gonzalez and Generosa Velasquez Gonzalez, her sister, Filomena Gonzalez and her brother Waldestrudes Gonzalez.

She leaves behind her three beloved daughters, Rosita Santiago and her wife Yomara, of Avenel, Jessica Santiago and her husband Javier Quinones, of Orlando FL, and Jenifer Rodriguez and her partner Jarred Forrest of Woodbridge, NJ., her four grandchildren, Justino Vargas, Alizae Jimenez, Jayden Jimenez and Joellis Jimenez, her two sisters, Adela Gonzalez and Luminada Gonzalez and her three brothers, Jose Gonzalez and Aurelio Gonzalez and Fortunato Gonzalez.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, from 4 pm to 8 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 424 East Ave. Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.

Funeral Services will be on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at 11 am at the Funeral Home.

Interment will follow in Alpine Cemetery Perth Amboy, NJ.
