Roseanne Lipshetz, 44, of North Chesterfield, VA. Sadly passed
away at Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Center on April 24,
2024. She was born on March 22, 1980, in Elizabeth. Roseanne was
a Construction Loan Specialist for Truist Bank in Richmond, VA. She
took pride in her job, the projects that she was involved in, and the
teams that she worked with. Her greatest accomplishment was
raising her children. Her children are left with memories of
Christmas holidays, family trips, baseball weekends, family movie
nights, and many more. Roseanne will be remembered for her love
of baseball (the New York Yankees), how much she enjoyed a day by
the water, and her love of music. She was also an advocate for
Pancreatic and Breast Cancer Awareness. Roseanne made many
friends in her lifetime from the communities she was involved in,
like Truist (SunTrust) and little league baseball, who will remember
her for her contagious laugh and generous personality. Roseanne
enjoyed being a hands-on mother, friend, and family member and
she always had the intentions to make others happy.

Roseanne is survived by a daughter, McKenzie Lipshetz, and son,
Jaden Lipshetz, both of North Chesterfield, VA.; father, Michael D.
Latham, and his wife, Trish Shannon, of Edison; mother, Diane
Latham, and her companion, James Rehfuss, of PA.; three brothers,
Michael Latham, and his wife, Amber, of Dayton, OH.; Dennis
Shannon, of Edison; and Christopher Gaudino, of PA.; and a sister,
Caitlin Latham, of Edison.

Visitation will be at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave.,
Fords, NJ 08863 on Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 3-7 pm accompanied with a funeral
service at 6:30 pm in the funeral home.

Cremation is private.
