Rose Lankey, 95, of Edison, passed away at home on May 28, 2023.

Rose was born in Port Reading, NJ to the late Joseph and Sophia (n. Dancs) Bartha. She graduated from Woodbridge High School in 1944 and worked as a Clerk at MetLife before becoming a homemaker.

She was a parishioner at Grace Reformed Church and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at JFK Medical Center.

Rose was predeceased by her husband, Frank G. Lankey, in 1998, her sisters: Helen Cholewa, Margaret Yelenesics, and Irene Kovach, her brothers: Lewis, Joseph, and Ernest Bartha, and her son, Richard Paul. She is survived by her sons: Frank J, Lankey of Edison, and Thomas Lankey of Edison, and her four grandchildren: Frank, Kevin, Kyle, and Thomas.

Cremation will take place privately.
