Rose Arbelo, age 86, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on November 1, 2025. She was born on February 9, 1939, in Manhattan, NY to the late Vito and Mary Molesi.  A long-time resident of Menlo Park Terrace since 1969, Rose worked as a housekeeper for JFK University Medical Center in Edison. She was an avid lover of word finds and number finds, always keeping herself busy with puzzles.

Rose is predeceased by her beloved husband, Hector Arbelo (2007), and her daughter, Lisa Arbelo (1994).

Surviving Rose are her children, Gary Arbelo and his wife Dawn, Mary McMurray, and Sandra Socobi; and her loving grandchildren, Matthew and Malea McMurray.

Cremation will be private. A memorial service for Rose will take place at 3:00 PM on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the Calvary Presbyterian Church, located at 909 Castleton Ave., Staten Island, NY 10310.
