Rodger J. Frey of Northport, New York, died on January 31, 2011, at the VA Hospital.
Rodger was born on March 29, 1947, in Elizabeth, New Jersey. He is survived by his brother, Bill Frey and his wife Beverly of Edison; his sister, Heather and her husband, Jim Stringer of Townsend, MA.
Rodger was a Marine Corps. veteran who served in Vietnam. After his service to his country, he worked in the advertising industry for many agencies including: Gaskill & Frey, Reichenstein, Ad Land USA, Walter F. Cameron Advertising, Inc., and The Magna Group.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2011, between 12:00 and 2:00 PM at St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Church in the Fellowship Hall located at 1900 Brooks Boulevard, Hillsborough, NJ 08844.
