Robert "Bob" R. Reddington, 88, of Sparta, passed away peacefully on February, 21, 2024, surrounded by his family at home.  Bob was born October 24, 1935, in Morristown, to Timothy and Margaret Reddington.  He lived in Sparta for the past 50 years.  Bob was a Loan Officer for Chemical Bank, Parsippany for 40 plus years.  He served his country in the US Navy.

Bob enjoyed spending time with his family, especially at holidays and the NJ shore.  Februarys in Florida, and fishing trips with his friends.

Bob is predeceased by his parents, Timothy and Margaret Reddington, and his brothers Jack and Kevin Reddington.

Bob is survived by his wife of 56 years, Kathleen K. Reddington, his son Michael Reddington, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, from 9 AM to 10 AM at Flynn and Son / Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Ave., Metuchen.  Followed by a 10:30 AM Funeral Liturgy at St. Francis Cathedral Metuchen.  Cremation will follow privately.
