Robert G. Pensak, 83, of Edison, passed peacefully, on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at the RWJU Hospital, New Brunswick.
Born in New Brunswick, he had resided in Edison for over 60 years.
He honorably served his country in the U.S Army.
He retired 30 years ago, after over 35 years as an engineer with Johnson & Johnson, New Brunswick. He also had been a crossing guard for many years at Central Ave. with Edison Twp. and was a volunteer ESL Teacher at the Edison Twp. Public Library.
Robert leaves behind his beloved wife, of 60 years, Stella A. (Viel) Pensak, his three sons; Robert A. and his wife Yuriko, of Japan, Glenn A. of Hamilton and Scott W. of Edison, along with his 5 grandchildren, Andrew, Adam, Anthony, Jordan and Julian.
Visitation will be on Sunday, October 29, 2017 from 1 to 4 pm, at the Flynn and Son / Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Ave. Metuchen, NJ 08840.
Funeral services will begin on Monday, October 30, 2017 at 9 a.m. from the Flynn and Son/Koyen Funeral Home, followed by a 9:30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy at St. Matthew the Apostle Church, Edison. Entombment will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery Mausoleum, New Brunswick.
