Robert Schaeffer, Jr., 58, of Fords died at home on September 4, 2010.
Born on June 11, 1952, in Jersey City, he has resided in Fords for the last 25 years. Robert was a communicant of Our Lady of Peace Church in Fords. He was a motorcycle enthusiast.
Robert was predeceased by his parents, Robert, Sr. and Anne Schaeffer. Surviving family members include: two sisters, Donna Hofmann and her husband Joe of Colonia, and Judith Ferrazzano and her husband Anthony of Fords; nieces and nephews: Annette Henderson, Gina Heller, Joseph Hofmann, and Michael Hofmann; great- niece and nephew: Emily and Nicholas Henderson; and many cousins and friends.
Funeral Service will be on Thursday, September 9, 2010, at 10:00 AM from FLYNN AND SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Fords Avenue, Fords, NJ followed by a 10:30 Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace Church in Fords. Interment will follow in St. Gertrude's Cemetery in Colonia. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
