Robert Bruce Hegyes' Obituary
Robert Bruce Hegyes, 60, entered into eternal rest on Thursday January 26, 2012, at the JFK Medical Center in Edison.
Robert was born in Perth Amboy and lived in Venice, California, prior to his moved back to Metuchen five years ago. He will always be remembered for his staring role as Juan Epstein in the ABC hit comedy, "Welcome Back Kotter."
Robert is survived by his children: Cassandra and Mac; step-children: Sophia and Alex Kessler; his siblings: Mark, Stephanie, and Elizabeth Hegyes; and his girl friend, Suzanne Russian.
Visitation will be held on Sunday January 29, 2012, from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ 08863.
