Robert J. Andich, 86 years of age, formerly of the Clara Barton section of Edison, passed peacefully on Tuesday morning, April 2, 2019, at The Woodlands Nursing Home in Plainfield.

Born in Staten Island, NY, on September 5, 1932, he had resided in the area for over 70 years.

Robert was predeceased by his beloved brother, Edmund Andich, who died in 2016.

He leaves behind his dear sister-in-law, Kathleen "Katie" Andich of Fairfax, Va., his two nieces; Jennifer Trotsko and Kristen Brinker, and his three grand-nephews and one grand-niece.

Visitation will be on Monday, April 8, 2019, at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ 08863, from 9 am to 10 am, with a 10 am funeral service, followed by a 10:30 am Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace RC Church, Fords.

Cremation services will follow privately. Mr. Andich's cremated remains will be interred in the Moravian Cemetery in Staten Island, NY.
