Richard A. Luszczewski, of Bayville, passed away on October 27, 2012, at Van Dyke Hospice at Community Medical Center, Toms River.
Richard was born in Perth Amboy, resided in Edison, and spent the last 10 years in Bayville. For 45 years he was an Electrician for IBEW Local 456 in East Brunswick, retiring in 2002. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He was past Commander of the American Legion Clara Barton Post 324.
Richard is survived by his wife of 18 years, Olive ( Martin); his sister, Marilyn Morgan and her husband William; his nephew, Anthony Morgan and his wife Jenny; nieces, Heather Lewis and Stacey Telenson; great nephew, Christopher Lewis; and a great niece, Josephine Morgan.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 2, 2012, at 10:00 AM at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, with a 10:30 AM Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace RC Church. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Mausoleum, East Brunswick. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2012, from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 PM.
