Thomas James Eayres, 50, of Edison, passed away on November 11, 2013, in New Brunswick He was born in New Brunswick on May 27, 1963. Thomas was an Upholsterer for the Rutgers Housing Department at Rutgers University. He was a fan of the NY Giants.

Thomas was predeceased by his father, Robert Eayres, and two brothers, Richard and Robert Eayres.

He is survived by his mother, Marion Snyder of North Brunswick; two daughters: Jayme Eayres of Edison and Kelly Plodzien and her husband, Mike, of Edison; and three grandchildren: Michael, Mikayla, and Hailey Plodzien.

Visitation will be Friday, November 15, 2013, from 7:00-9:00 pm at the Flynn and son/Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Avenue, Metuchen, NJ 08840. Funeral services will be on Friday at 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Cremation will be private.
