Rhoda Cooper (Bogensky), 87, of Fords, passed away on December 22, 2015, at JFK Medical Center, Edison. Born in Paterson, Rhoda had lived in Fords for 45 years. She was employed by Schering Plough as a Purchasing Coordinator, retiring in 2007 after 27 years.

Rhoda is predeceased by her husband, Arnold, who passed in 2011. Surviving are her four children: Robin Lyon of Brick, Howard Cooper of Fords, Marc Cooper of Hawaii, and Randi Grzesik and her husband, Thomas, of Fords; and six grandchildren: Melissa, Johnathan, Shawn, Katie, Michael and Christopher.

Graveside services will be held at 10 am on Thursday, December 24, 2015, at Beth Israel Cemetery Woodbridge. We will gather at the cemetery office and drive to graveside. Arrangements have been entrusted to Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords. Shiva will be held on Thursday following the burial and Friday from 1pm until sundown at the family's residence in Fords. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
