Regina Kocsik, 90, of Fords, passed peacefully, with her family at her side, on Friday, February 18, 2022, at JFK Medical Center in Edison.
Born and raised in Perth Amboy, she had resided in Fords since 1955.
She was a graduate of Perth Amboy High School, with the "Class of 1949".
She retired in 1994, as the billing manager with the Print Data Corp., in Hopelawn.
She was a member of the Fords / Keasbey Seniors, The Woodbridge Chapter of AARP, The Fords Women's Club, Our Lady of Peace Church and the Altar Rosary Society at the Church.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 63 years, Edward Kocsik, who died on March 20, 2019, her brother, Edward Lubonski and her parents; John and Helen Lubonski.
Regina leaves behind, her beloved family, including, her son, Peter Kocsik and his wife Molly, of Freehold, and her daughter Karen Eldredge and her husband Michael, of New Hope, PA.
she cherished her 7 grandchildren; Jason, Brandon, and Emily Eldredge and Stephanie, Lindsey, Zac, and Mikala Kocsik and her great-granddaughter, Eowyn Eldredge. Also leaves behind her sisters-in-law, Eleanor Kocsik and Marie Lubonski, both of Edison, also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, from 3 pm to 7 pm, at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ 08863.
Funeral services will begin on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 10 a.m. from the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, followed by a 10:30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace RC Church, Fords, interment will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Hopelawn.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Our Lady of Peace Church.
