Rachel Smith, 38, of Fords passed away suddenly on July 11, 2020.  Born in Livingston, she had lived in Fords the past 10 years.  Rachel was the greatest mom to her three children, always there for them, always inseparable.

Rachel is survived by her three children, Justin, Joshua and Jordan; her parents, Judy Smith and John M. Smith and his wife, Jami; her sister, Ashley and her nephew Jack; her maternal grandmother, Ardith Veres; her paternal grandmother, Dorothy Smith; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Rudolph Veres, and her paternal grandfather, David Smith.

Funeral services are private and entrusted to Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords.  A memorial service celebrating Rachel's life will be held at a later date.
