Paula Distefano, 56, of Fords, passed away at JFK Have Hospice on December 31, 2012. Born in Jersey City on October 4, 1956, she has resided in Fords for the last 29 years. Paula was an Insurance Representative for Thrift Investments in Fords. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Peace Church.

She was predeceased by her mother, Wanda Tagliareni. Paula is survived by her husband Larry Distefano of Fords; three daughters: Brienne Harding of Keasby, Laura Harding Winters of Dunellen, and Gianna Distefano of Fords; three grandchildren: Ivy, Meadow, and Shane; father, Dominick Tagliareni of Iselin; brothers, Donald Tagliareni of Edison and James Tagliareni of Bayonne.

Visitation will be Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ 08863. Funeral services will begin Friday at 10 am at the funeral home followed by a 10:30 am Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace Church in Fords. Entombment will follow in Good Shepherd Mausoleum, Colonia.
