Obituary

Patricia F. Reed (MeMa), 75, of Metuchen passed away on November 9th, 2024. After spending her early childhood in India and Indonesia with her parents, sisters, and brother, she went on to graduate from JP Stevens High School. She worked in the Metuchen school district as a paraprofessional for over 25 years and lived in Metuchen for 50 years.

Patricia was predeceased by her husband, Charles E. Reed IV; her parents, Robert and Mary Doran; and older sister, Judy Noone.

She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Kasperski and her partner Keith Martire; her granddaughter Samantha Kasperski; her older sister, Kathy Hill; her twin brother Timothy Doran; several nieces and nephews; her Roscoe NY family; and her beloved cat, Ryder.

Patricia enjoyed fishing with her husband, and watching hummingbirds in the summer. She enjoyed family vacations and spending time in upstate NY. Her ultimate joy in life was spending time with her granddaughter, Sam. She is loved by many and will be missed.

Friends may call on Saturday, November 16, 2024 from 9:30am - 11:00am** at the Flynn and Son/Koyen Funeral Home, 3190 Amboy Ave., Metuchen, where services will take place at 11:00am.  Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Metuchen.
