Patricia Ann Fresnedo, 81, of South Amboy, passed away on April 21, 2025, at John F. Kennedy Medical Center, Edison.  Born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on February 28, 1944, to Constanty and Maddalena Leo, she resided in Oklahoma until her move to New Jersey.

Patricia met and married the love of her life, Domingo Fresnedo.  They began their lives together and became the proud parents of three sons: Anthony, Dominick, and Joseph.  Patricia embraced her role as a mother and homemaker.  She was later blessed with the addition of daughters-in-law, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Her legacy is the undeniable love she bestowed upon her family.

Patricia was predeceased by her husband, Domingo, in 2006, her brother Carl Leo, and her parents.  She leaves her children: Anthony, Dominick, and Joseph; her brother, Dean Leo;  grandchildren, and great-grandchildren to cherish her memory.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Flynn and Son / Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Avenue, Metuchen, NJ.  Cremation is private.
