Patricia Adams 70 of Fords, entered into eternal rest, November 27, 2016, at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy.  She was born in Newark, and was formerly of South Amboy, before moving to Fords in February.

Patricia was a Site Manager with Middlesex County Senior Meal Program for 22 years before retiring in 2009.

She was a member of AARP.

Patricia is survived by her children Lisa Burdziak and her partner Tom Vonderhaar of Fords, and Robert Chenard Jr. and his partner Jessica Mercado of Highland Park, her grandchildren Cassandra, Christopher, and Ana.  She is also survived by her brother Louis Cagnole and his wife Sally of New Providence, several nieces and nephews and her pets Gizmo and Roscoe.

A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday from 7-9 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home 23 Ford Avenue, Fords with a prayer service at 8:30 pm.
