Natalya Perez, of Edison, passed away on May 11, 2015, at the Children's Hospital in Philadelphia. She was born November 24, 2014 in Robert Wood Johnson Hospital.
Natalya is survived by her parents, Anthony and Tanya Perez of Edison; two brothers, Lee and Elliot; a sister, Gabriella; and her twin brother, Ivan; grandparents, Richard and Diane Perez of Fords and Linda Fotia of Edison.
Visitation will be Thursday 5-8 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ 08863. A service will be offered at 7:30 pm in the funeral home. Cremation will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
