OBITUARY

Muriel E. Reinhard, 86, of Metuchen, passed away peacefully at Foothill Acres Nursing Home, Hillsborough. She was born in Irvington and has resided in Metuchen since 1971, and prior to then in Edison, NJ.

She retired in 1997, after 20 years as a retail clerk for Macy's, Menlo Park and the Hitching Post Gift store in Metuchen. In her young adult years she worked as a model in NYC and tour guide for Prudential where she met her future husband.

Her interests were gardening, collecting antiques, and she enjoyed being a founding member of the Edison Valley Playhouse.

Muriel was predeceased by her husband, H. Robert Reinhard (2000).  Surviving are her son, Gregory R. Reinhard and his wife Sharri, of Peapack, and her daughter Melissa A. Cron and her husband, Robert, of Edison, 2 grandchildren, Alexander and Samantha, 2 sisters, a twin, Marion Collins, and Marlene Stewart.

Funeral services will be Saturday, at 10 am at the Flynn and Son/Koyen Funeral Home 319 Amboy Avenue, Metuchen, NJ, 08840.  Interment will follow in Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover.  Visitation will be Friday evening, 7-9.
