Mildred S. Totin, 96, of Edison, entered into eternal rest March 28, 2016, at JFK Medical Center in Edison. She was born in Cobbtown, GA, and has resided in Edison for the past 56 years.

Mildred worked in the Billing Department at Raritan Bay Medical Center for 10 years before retiring in 1975. She had previously been a Procurement Analyst at Raritan Arsenal in Edison for 18 years until it closed in 1963.

She was a member of St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church in Perth Amboy.

Mildred was predeceased by her husband, Stephen, in 2003. She is survived by her children: Walt S. Totin and his wife, Donna, of Fords and Rose Suto and her fiancé, Pablo Chavarry, of Edison; and her grandson, Brian Totin of NYC.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2016, at 9:30 am at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, followed by a 10 am service of Divine Liturgy at St. Nicholas Church. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Visitation is Friday from 7-9 pm, with a Parastas service at 7:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers, contributions are requested to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
