Mildred "Millie" C. Puca, 101, of Metuchen entered into eternal rest on Monday January 16, 2012, at JFK Medical Center in Edison.

Millie was born in Brooklyn and resided in Metuchen for the past 58 years. She was a devoted mom and grandmom and took great joy in being a homemaker for her family. She was a communicant of St. Francis Cathedral in Metuchen and a former member of the Italian American Club in Metuchen.

Millie was predeceased by her husband, Mario, in 1968; her siblings: Michael, Daniel, Dominick, and Joseph Giaritelli, Angela Graffeo, and Rose DeFabio. She is survived by her loving children: Salvatore Puca and his wife Linda of Colonia and Emma Wargo and her husband George of Lancaster, PA; her dearest grandchildren: Matthew and Gerard Wargo, Geraldine Weaver, and Robert Puca; six great- grandchildren; and her sister, Lena Greco.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 20, 2012, at 9:45 am at the Flynn and Son/Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Avenue, Metuchen, NJ 08840 followed by a 10:15 am Funeral Liturgy at St. Francis Cathedral. Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Thursday, January 19, from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm.
